Our team is committed to enhancing the visual appeal of all types of properties, including residential homes, commercial spaces, hotels, and new developments. We work directly with real estate agents, home builders, and brokerages to provide the marketing tools they need to attract buyers, grow their brand, and close deals faster.

Ordering Questions
How Much Does It Cost?
Package costs vary depending on the selected service, the size of the property, and any additional features added to the package. Regardless of the project size, we deliver all services with the same high level of quality. For more information on our services and detailed pricing, please contact us.
How Far Ahead Do I Need to Book
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings if our schedule allows.
Changing / Cancelling a Booking
If you need to change or cancel a booking, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will incur a fee.
Turnover Time
Our standard turnaround time for photos and videos is 24-48 hours. For more complex services like 3D tours or virtual staging, please allow up to 72 hours.
How Do I Get Billed?
We will send you an invoice after the shoot is completed. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
Production Questions
What if the Weather is Bad?
We are based locally in Kelowna and monitor the weather closely before confirming a shoot. If weather conditions are unfavorable for the shoot, we will reach out to reschedule. If you have concerns about the weather, please contact us directly within 24 hours before the shoot to discuss a change of date.
How Should I Prepare the Property?
We provide a pre-shoot checklist to help you prepare your property for the photoshoot. This includes tips like decluttering, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring that lighting is appropriate. Proper preparation ensures that your property looks its best in the photos.
What if the Property Owners are Home?
If the property owners or tenants are present during the shoot, it’s helpful to ensure they are aware of the photoshoot timing. We recommend keeping the space tidy and as empty as possible for the shoot, but we can still work around people if needed.
Making Changes to Videos
We offer basic video edits upon request, such as trimming or adjusting transitions. For more advanced changes, additional fees may apply.

If your property is empty, we can use virtual staging to digitally furnish the space, helping potential buyers envision how the property could be used.

We host our videos on YouTube, the world’s largest video content delivery network. This ensures maximum exposure and optimization for all devices.
Who Owns The Final Copy?
The client retains full ownership of the final images, videos, and other media produced by us. You are free to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes as you see fit.
