The less clutter you have, the more spacious and welcoming your property will appear. Buyers want to imagine themselves in the home, and removing unnecessary items creates a blank canvas for their vision.
Checklist
Think about the feeling you get when walking into a clean, welcoming space like a five-star hotel—this is the experience we aim to create for your buyers. Professional photos will highlight even the smallest details like dust, water stains, or smudged mirrors. If you’re short on time, consider hiring a cleaning service to prepare the home the day before the shoot.
Kitchens

- Honey-Do List: Take care of small issues like chipped paint, dented walls, or loose baseboards. These imperfections can show up in photos and may create a negative impression.
- Closets: An organized closet can be a significant selling point. Remove unused items and organize the remaining clothes by category and color for a neat, magazine-worthy look.
